SMS messaging terms
Program description
BRIAN FERBER, P.A. d/b/a Ferber Dental Group sends marketing text messages, such as special offers, discounts and service updates, to people who opt in through the chat widget on our website at info.ferberdental.com. To opt in, you enter your mobile number in the chat widget and tick the optional SMS consent checkbox.
The checkbox is never pre-ticked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can contact us without giving it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Opt-out instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (561) 556-0221. After you send “STOP”, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Rejoining
If you opted out and would like to receive text messages again, you can opt back in at any time through the chat widget on our website by ticking the SMS consent checkbox again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to take part in our SMS program.
Privacy
